GA Registration

Members of delegations from IUPAP’s territorial members and associate members who wish to register to attend the GA, either in person or online via Zoom, should send a request to the IUPAP Secretariat. A link for this purpose will be available here in early November 2026. Note that members who attended previous General Assembly events will automatically get an e-mail from IUPAP with information on the 36th General Assembly during the first half of 2027.

Please note: GA delegates will be able to attend ICP sessions free of charge in an observer capacity. If a delegate wishes to present a paper at the conference and submit a paper for the Proceedings, then the delegate MUST also register for the ICP and pay the full conference registration fee.
